President

Eric Vanderburg has spent decades helping organizations protect operations, meet regulatory obligations, and make informed decisions in the face of cyber risk. He advises executive teams on how to reduce exposure without overspending, align security programs with business priorities, and respond decisively when incidents occur. Eric has led and supported organizations through security incidents, regulatory scrutiny, and complex technology transitions, working with global clients across highly regulated industries. His background spans cybersecurity, digital forensics, IT architecture, and operational leadership, allowing him to assess risk holistically rather than in silos. Eric holds an MBA from Kent State University, and more than 40 professional certifications, including the CISSP and MCSE. He has authored technical books on topics such as cloud computing, AI, ransomware, and privacy. His focus is helping leadership teams move from uncertainty to control, translating complex technical threats into practical strategies that protect revenue, reputation, and long-term viability.

Christopher Kolezynski

Chief Penetration Tester

Christopher Kolezynski is a cybersecurity attorney and master-level penetration tester who combines legal insight with deep technical expertise in offensive security. He earned his law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law with a concentration in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Law and has been published in the Journal of Law and Cyber Warfare for his research on interagency rulemaking and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) technology, as well as contributing to Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs). Christopher specializes in manual, adversary-focused penetration testing that goes beyond automated scans, analyzing real-world attack paths across multiple vectors to reveal how vulnerabilities can be exploited and the resulting business impact. In addition to his cybersecurity work, he serves as a City Councilman in Parma Heights, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service. Outside of work, he is an avid ultra-runner, martial artist, and weightlifter. Both on and off the clock, Chris demonstrates his passionate, dedicated, and disciplined approach to life.

Ramana has led full life-cycle engagements across healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and financial services, delivering practical, defensible solutions that stand up to regulatory scrutiny. His work bridges accounting, technology, and risk, enabling organizations to strengthen controls without disrupting operations. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Chartered Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
